Monday, 22. October 2018, Moat Community College, BIG HEALTH CONNECT Event - Stall Holder Registration

Following on from success of last year’s event, the Big Health Connect Event will be taking place on Monday 22 October 2018.
Over 300 people attended the event in 2017, and this time it will be even bigger and better!!
The event is aimed at giving organisations/groups and individuals the ideal opportunity to effectively and meaningfully engage with the diverse communities of Leicester, Leicestershire and beyond who would not readily access mainstream services.
This event is renowned for creating a ‘BUZZ’ and for linking grassroots people with professionals as described by those who have attended.
A one off payment of £30 will be required for your space, which will need to be made at the time of booking, after which final confirmation will be sent. This does not affect the number of attendees from each organisation.
We strongly recommend that you share this information as widely as possible within your organisation and networks.

Please note: If your organisation requires an invoice to allow payment, please contact Michelle Brown mo111@ or 0116 258 8969 with a purchase order number so that an invoice can be generated.  

Once payment has been received, a confirmation letter will be sent along with details of your stall booking.
This is strictly on a first come, first served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment.
 
If no payment is received, there is no guarantee that a space will be reserved on the day.
