Bill Buchanan - Professor of Computing, Edinburgh Napier University, head of the Blockpass Identity Lab.Bill Buchanan is a professor at the School of Computing at Edinburgh Napier University and a Fellow of the BCS and the IET. Professor Buchanan currently heads the Centre for Distributed Computing, Networks, and Security, as well as The Cyber Academy, and is taking the lead at the Blockchain Identity Lab.Warren Paull, QRC UK Services-  Director

Vaziri has founded several successful blockchain businesses and has more than half a decade of experience working on blockchain policies and assisting blockchain businesses in licensing and compliance.

Neil Hare-Brown has worked in information risk and investigations for over 30 years. He is founder of thefirst commercial digital investigations team in the UK in 1996 and has led hundreds of digital crime andmisuse investigations.Neil is architect and co-founder of the ReSecure cyber breach response team used by leading insurers.As an innovator in information risk, Neil has developed and championed various modellingmethodologies to quantify information and operational risk. Other assignments include assessing cyberrisk in ICS, Buildings & Marine.His latest projects include CYBER3-Rapid Risk Review and security standardization in blockchain Regtech with IronTokens.

Paul Lack - CEO MetFacilities
Paul is CEO and a Managing Partner at MET Facilities. He has worked at both large and small institutions focusing on exchange traded derivatives, fixed income, emerging markets, investment banking and fund management. An active investor in Fin and Regtech businesses, Paul has extensive interest and insight as to how operational and compliance issues can be solved with intelligent design and implementation.
