January's Uniqlo Tate Lates celebrates Robert Rauschenberg. Join us as we explore the many themes and techniques of the modern American master, from pop-art collage to experimental sound, performance and much more.

You’ll find emerging and established DJs selected by NTS Radio, alongside world-class exhibitions, pop-up talks, playful artistic activations and hands-on activities and workshops. Or simply enjoy the space, the music, the views and the delicious food and drink offers.

Adventures in Sound & Silence
Explore experiments in sound using a range of instruments with acoustic architect, scientist, and BBC broadcaster Professor Trevor ***. Inspired by Rauschenberg’s collaborator John Cage, get ready to ***** your sound perception and fool your senses.

Photo Collage: Cut, Stick, Recreate
Create your own collage at this drop-in workshop with award-winning illustrator Nate Kitch. Work with images from contemporary pop culture inspired by Rauschenberg’s playful aesthetic.

Rauschenberg Raffle
Will you be lucky enough to take home your very own prized ‘readymade’? Try your luck and join the dynamic deadpan duo Hunt & Darton as they dish out Rauschenberg inspired prizes.

Rauschenberg Yourself
Join designer Alison Alexander to create a visual scene inspired by Rauschenberg’s vibrant set designs. Play with digital projections, colour, and texture and pose on-set with theatrical costumes.

No Working Title
What happens when art is made in response to instructions from a stranger? Join Bath Spa and Kingston universities in Tate Exchange to see the results and join debate about the No Working Title project.

Move Your Body
Rauschenberg used his body to make art and so can you. Experiment with movement by taking part in a series of dance instructions written by Rauschenberg himself. Find one of our dancers on the Level 4 Bridge and get moving!
